TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes applied to orders are determined by the province or territory of the shipping address. Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to the checkout, taxes will be subtotaled below the product and shipping total.
If you have placed an order, your order will be available within the My Account, Order History section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed on this page, it was not placed successfully and you must return to your Shopping Bag to complete the checkout process again. When your order is successfully completed you will also receive an order confirmation email with your order details. We will send you a second email once your order has been shipped and we have charged your credit card.
To cancel or change an order you recently completed, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We can be reached by emailing email@example.com or calling 877-GOT-FOLD (877-468-3653) Please allow up to 2 business days to respond to email inquiries. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, so we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you are unable to cancel or change an order, you may return or exchange it for free.
If your previously purchased merchandise is marked down within 7 days of the original order date, we will process a one-time price adjustment for the difference. To request a price adjustment, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, full name, and billing address.
We are currently not able to offer gift cards or gift certificates as a form of payment.
